What a night.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the bakery yesterday. We baked as much as we could, and by the end of the evening, the shelves were bare. Sold out. Every loaf. Every crumb.

Your support means more than we can say. It’s what keeps the fire in the oven and the dough rising early in the morning.

A quick note: we made a small calendar slip — we are not open today, but we’ll be back at it next Saturday with more bread, more good smells, and hopefully enough to go around this time.
